Trinity Group Sdn Bhd announces a 100% take-up for its 294 units (West Wing) of the Trinity Lemanja in less than one month after releasing its first phase. Meanwhile, the launch of the second and final phase (East Wing) is scheduled for mid-October 2017 and is priced from RM468,000 onwards.
The new freehold development project with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM320 million, is located on a 2.8-acre plot along Jalan Metro Prima in Kepong. Offering a total of 583 units ranging from 960 to 1,173 sq ft, the 2-wing 40-storey condominium is expected to be complete in 2021.
Trinity Lemanja features a residents-only clubhouse that spans 3,700 sq ft and fully equipped with facilities for a variety of private functions and family gatherings. Apart from that, the SereniTea Garden and Oxygen Grove provides an avenue for residents to just take a load off and chill, or make use of the Sky Gym overlooking the KL city skyline.
In line with Trinity’s plan to build developments with potential for value creation, the Group invested over RM15 million in past projects for infrastructure improvements. Additionally, Trinity is working with relevant local authorities and will allocate RM2 million to improve road infrastructure surrounding housing areas neighbouring Trinity Lemanja.
